Breads and oils
Chef’s choice of breads served on a slate with flavoured oils, Yorkshire butter and marinated olives.
Main course
Slow roast belly pork
Outdoor reared Yorkshire pork belly with a chorizo and white bean casserole and black pudding mash.
Roast salmon
A roast fillet of Scottish salmon with a comfit of tomatoes, crispy Savoy cabbage and creamy dauphinoise potatoes.
Wild mushroom risotto (v)
Selected wild mushrooms in a creamy risotto garnished with rocket, parmesan crisps and truffle oil.
All main courses will be served with roast winter root vegetables.

Baked cheesecake
A wedge of baked vanilla cheesecake with a late autumn fruit compote and Yummy Yorkshire vanilla ice cream.
Apple, plum & ginger crumble
An individual bowl with apples, caramelised plums and stem ginger and a crunchy crumble topping, served with Yummy Yorkshire vanilla ice cream or a jug of custard.
