Due to high demand we have extended our range of these popular courses. We are excited to introduce Essential Sculpture Skills, a range of one or two day weekend workshops which teach the basic techniques needed when making and understanding sculpture. You'll be able to choose from a one day stone carving course, 'In Stiches - A 3D fabric workshop', ‘mould making and casting’, and many more. Essential Sculpture Skills will launch in 2012 – watch this space.

Sculpture courses are equally appropriate for people new to sculpture making, as well as those with previous experience. All participants will be given an introduction to the correct use of tools, safety and basic techniques. The courses offer both group and individual tuition.

YSP will provide tools, materials and safety equipment. Please note that the majority of courses take place outdoors and suitable clothing is advised.

One bursary place is available on each course* for students in full time education studying Fine Art, Sculpture and related Higher Education courses. Concessionary rates apply to senior citizens over 60 years of age.
